Drive-thru service begins on June 21 at the HMK loop between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. for the free summer lunch program. This program is for children ages 0-18. Walk-up appointments are now available for the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at our local health department on Kane Creek Blvd. Appointments are not required, but you may pre-register here:

Thanks to all upcoming middle and high school students and parents, and middle and high school staff members who completed the recent district survey regarding next year's start times at MLHMS and GCHS. More than 300 students, 250 parents, and 70 staff members completed the survey. Overall, 70% of survey respondents voted for starting school at 7:45 and dismissing at 2:45. As a result, beginning in August, school at MLHMS and GCHS will begin at 7:45 and dismiss at 2:45 and HMK will continue to start at 8:15 and dismiss at 3:15.

The Southeast Utah Health Department will conduct vaccination clinics at Grand School District locations on Wednesday, May 19. Community members and home-schooled students are invited to register. Second dose clinics will be planned for June.
